Shipping policy

All in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Orders requiring sizing or non-standard stock sizes, and styles that must be special ordered from the manufacturer are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks from the order date. Shipping estimates are on the product page for non-stock items.

Free Standard shipping is available for orders over $99!
Some items, such as coins, fragile, and heavy items are exempt from free shipping discount.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store at 516 S. Riverside Ave in St. Clair, Michigan. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@coughlinjewelers.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are able to ship orders under $500 to P.O. boxes, but orders over $500 will require a physical street address and a signature upon receipt.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

  • We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. For full details, please see our Refund Policy page.
  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@coughlinjewelers.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

A physical street address and a signature upon receipt are required for deliveries over $500. For security reasons, orders over $1,000 cannot be shipped to alternate addresses and must be shipped to the verified billing address, unless other accommodations are made. Please contact us if you will need to make other shipping and delivery arrangements.
