Online Purchases are accepted if returned in saleable condition within 14 days after delivery date, accompanied by the original sales invoice, diamond/jewelry certificate, all complementary/gift items, all original packaging and collateral material. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed in just a few days.
